The Woody Bayou Sport Boot features breathable airmesh lining, a flex-foam bootie, 4-way stretch nylon, and a natural rubber upper overlay. This wilderness sport boot is also 100% waterproof, lightweight, and flexible. Comes in Men's sizes: 7-14. MPN: WBY-RTM4.
I am a shellfish farmer and these boots are great for my type of work- Such comfort has not yet been found in other boots. Very innovative roll up hip boot type system. These boots are different from the Marsh Hippers which I also reccomend. The difference is that the woody bayou completely roll down into the boot but only come up a few inches over the knees, and the Marsh Hippers have more bulk when collapsed, but they have taller and more rigid sides coming up to the crotch. muckboots rule.

I am a huge Muck Boot fan (note - there are knock offs out there - I am talking about boots made by the Muck Boot Co and under the Muck Boot brand). We use these exclusively on my ranch in Montana and have purchased just about every make and model they have from the Muck Shoes all the way up to the cold weather arctic versions and everything in between. The neoprene uppers stay soft and are tough in the rough. They are easy on and off due to the soft uppers. I have a high arch and full length rubber boots are always very hard for me to get off. These boots, since the uppers fold down, are much easier to get off. They work fine over the pant or under the pant. The only time I have seen them break down is when my employees ride motorcycles out to change wheel line, etc. and they hook them on the foot pegs. This can tear the uppers, so they are not indestructible. The rubber bottoms are very well constructed. The steal toe versions of the boots provide good front foot protection. Size seems pretty standard, so if you are a men's 10, the 10 seems to fit true. A typical pair of boots will last years on the ranch and I have never seen one come apart in any place. The sole will wear out before the boot breaks down. Leaking has never been a problem. One note: The tack or scrub version of the boots has a sole that is not really made for great gripping on slick surfaces (at least that is my experience). They work fine in the barn, but if you are going to be doing a bunch of walking outdoors,…

These boots are more comfortable than my regular work shoes, and kept my feet dry in 30 degree marsh slogs thigh deep. Stood up to restoring a log cabin, shrugged off cold, abrasions, and performed better than any piece of gear I've bought this year. I may have to get another pair, just in case they stop making them.

I spent a week in these boots in New England deer hunting through swamps, climbing ridges and hiking meadows. They kept me dry in the swamps, toasty while on a stand and provided great support while hiking. Much more foot support than that offered by a Bean Boot as well as more comfortable and warmer (and I'm a huge fan of Bean products) and better than any leather hunting boots I own because of their ability to get me through the wet stuff unavoidably encountered when hunting. I don't expect to hunt in any other footwear again. Great boot.

Muck boots continue to be the best rubber hunting boots you can buy. Now with Woody Bayous my son-in-law doesn't have to carry the additional thigh waders on trips to the Mississippi Delta (and no more blisters). This is the third pair of Mucks I've purchased in five years. All three pairs are still in use.

I ordered a pair of the MuckBoots to wear on a long range fishing trip out of San Diego. After wearing them for 11 straight days, I found them to be absolutely comfortable. Even in the tropical climate of our fishing grounds, my feet stayed cool and dry. Without hesitation I highly recommend the boots if you are looking for something comfortable for all day wear. The ordering instructions for boots suggest that if you wear half sizes, order in the whole size down (ie; men's 9 1/2 should order men's 9). That holds true if you plan to wear light weight socks. I found that when wearing medium/heavy weight socks, the next whole size up would have fit better. Also, my order was shipped from Hank's Clothing. Those folks were outstanding to work with. I highly recommend the seller.

These boots cracked over the toe area where they flex during walking. They had relatively light use over about 20 months. The rest of the boot was still in excellent condition but not of much use for keeping my foot dry with a hole in the top of it.

8 of 8 people found the following review helpful: 5.0 out of 5 starsBest Camp Shoe in the business! RV'ers take note!, April 30, 2007 By Ray Bailey - See all my reviewsFive Star Rating! My daughter told me how good her Muck Boots were for the barn, but until I purchased a pair of the Edwater Camp I didn't understand her enthusiasm! These are comfortable in both wet or dry conditions. I bought them for use at our summer trailer in Canada, and found I used them year round, even back at home.My experience with most camp shoes are that once they get wet, they don't dry out. My feet stayed dry until they were completly immersed in water, then dried out withing a few hours. Even when worn wet, they are comfortable and stay on your feet. They clean easily and hold thier shape. An excellent choice for hard-core campers, or the occassional RV'er who has to walk on wet morning grass. Well worth the money. My first pair is still in good shape and I have used them constantly for 3 years.
